How Does It Work?
We recommend watching the video below to get detailed information about how our configurator works and how to add our digital colors to your color library.
-
Which design programs is Pulver Digital Color Chart compatible with?
Pulver Digital Color Chart is compatible with V-Ray, Corona, and 3DsMAX design programs.
-
Are there any differences between digital colors and their real versions?
We designed Pulver Digital Color Chart colors using the highest resolution quality possible with the current technology. The colors on the actual sample and the display may show differences depending on a product's metallic appearance. However, we offered this service on our website after working on the digitalized versions to minimize such differences.

In which areas can I use powder coatings?
Powder coatings are often preferred in the architectural industry on the surfaces of aluminum facade elements, metal door and window systems, sunshades, perforated and expanded metal surfaces, winter gardens, garage doors, and suspended ceilings. Additionally, powder coatings are used on the surfaces of lighting devices, garden and office furniture, air conditioners, panel radiators, and industries such as white goods, automotive and agricultural machinery.
-
Why should I use powder coating?
Powder coatings reduce the emission of gases (greenhouse gas, etc.) that cause global warming, and it is environment-friendly. It does not generate any waste during production and consumption and thus does not cause air or water pollution. Powder coating does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOC) or solvent content used in other paint and coating types. Powder coating is compatible with green buildings, making it easier for them to obtain a LEED certificate. Based on this information, you can help reduce your carbon footprint by choosing powder coating as a sustainable and environment-friendly coating type in your designs.
-
How is powder coating applied?
The application consists of three primary stages: in the first step, the surface treatment stage, the surface to be coated with electrostatic powder paint is purified from all foreign bodies such as oil, dirt, rust, and dust. Also, some chemicals are applied on the cleaned surface for chemical resistance. The second step involves the powder coating on the surface with the electrostatic method. The third step involves baking a powder-coated surface in industrial furnaces to achieve the desired protection strength and appearance. Following these steps completes the powder coating of a surface.
-
How can I download the documents of the related products?
You can save the product warranty documents to your personal device using the "Download" tab located at the configurator's bottom right corner.
-
What is the fire resistance class of powder coating?
The products in the Pulver Digital Color Chart have A2 (non-combustible) class burning resistance. This provides additional time for evacuation during flaming.
-
Do powder coatings feature antimicrobial properties?
At Pulver, we have conducted studies on antimicrobial powder coatings for human heath purposes and developed antimicrobial products that reduce bacterial activity on the surface while providing the desired aesthetic appearance to the coated surfaces. Industrial Microbiological Services Ltd (IMSL) UK and "Intertek Test Services" performed ISO 22196 2011 Antibacterial Activity (R) tests to determine the active substance efficacy of our antimicrobial powder coatings. The tests verified the effect of the coating on Staphylococcus aureus and E. Coli microorganisms. Through these tests, the organizations observed that Pulver Antimicrobial Powder Coatings reduced the effectiveness of the above-mentioned bacterial species by 99.99% and helped the surface remain hygienic. This result also reduces the risk of cross-contamination.
